How to use:

- Before shampooing, on dry or slightly damp hair, apply a small amount of your repair hair mask over all of your lengths
- Massage and focus on the ends
- Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly before shampooing
- For dry hair, apply the hair mask once or twice a week

Step 2: the sulfate-free, silicone-free shampoo

Formulated with ingredients of natural origin, the Cair sulfate-free, silicone-free shampoo cleanses the scalp without stripping it. Unlike most hair care products that contain a large amount of water, it is rich in active waters (rice water, organic grape water, bamboo water, fermented raspberry water and more) and hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate). A detail that makes all the difference and deeply nourishes the hair fiber.

How to use:

- Gently detangle your hair with a comb or your Bonne Brosse
- Wet your hair thoroughly
- Place a small amount of sulfate-free shampoo in the palm of your hand and lather with a little water
- Gently massage your scalp at the front, back and sides
- Finally, rinse thoroughly with clean water under a strong stream

Step 3: the Cair detangling hair mist

The last step of the repair routine, the Cair detangling hair mist completes the benefits of the sulfate-free, silicone-free shampoo. This hair treatment naturally detangles and coats the hair, which regains unusual volume and lightness.

How to use:

- After shampooing, spray a few times about 15 cm (6 in) from your scalp
- 6 to 8 sprays are enough for fine or short hair. Use 10 to 15 sprays for thick or long hair
