Can I change my routine during my subscription?

Absolutely. Simply log in to your customer account and go to the “Subscriptions” section. To update your routine, click on “Manage my subscriptions.”

For the subscription you wish to edit, select “Replace this product with another” and choose the treatment you’d like to add or remove.

What are the shipping fees?

For all subscription-related orders, delivery is free to the address provided during the first order.

Can I use a discount code on my subscription?

All our subscriptions already offer a 15% discount on each refill. Therefore, other discounts do not apply.

How do I pause or resume my subscription?

It’s very simple!

To pause your subscription:

Log in to your customer account, go to the “Subscriptions” section, and click on “Manage my subscriptions.”

Select the subscription you wish to modify, then click on “Cancel my subscription.”*

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the suspension is complete.

To resume your subscription:

Log in to your customer account, go to the “Subscriptions” section, and click on “Manage my subscriptions.”

In the “Inactive” tab, select “Reactivate.”

You’ll receive a confirmation email along with the date of your next renewal.

*Cancellation is only available after three months for subscriptions with a 2-month commitment

Are refills available without a subscription?

All our refills are also available without a subscription, with no discount or automatic delivery.

With a subscription, there’s no need to think about it — your treatments are sent before your refills run out, ensuring you never miss a day of care.
