In summer, hair is often exposed to the sun, sand, sea salt and chlorine. That's why it's important to protect it. To help you look after your hair, we've put together a specially adapted summer routine: 3 sulfate- and silicone-free hair care products for a holiday that's all about care and well-being.

Step 1: Repairing hair mask

How to use :

- Before shampooing, on wet or damp hair, apply a small amount of your hair mask all over your lengths ;

Step 2: Sulfate-free shampoo without silicones

Unlike most hair care products, which contain large quantities of water, it is rich in active waters (rice water, organic grape water, bamboo water, fermented raspberry water, etc.) and hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate). How to use :

- Gently detangle your hair with a comb or your Bonne Brosse ;
- Wet your hair well ;
- Place a small amount of sulfate-free shampoo in the palm of your hand and lather with a little water ;
- Gently massage your scalp from the front, back and sides ;
- Finally, rinse thoroughly with clean water and a strong stream.

Step 3: Detangling mist

Last but not least, the detangling mist completes the benefits of the sulfate-and silicone-free shampoo. It adds shine and softness to hair while making it easier to detangle: no more knots!

How to use:

- After shampooing, spray a few sprays 15 cm from your scalp ;
- 6 to 8 sprays are enough if you have fine or short hair. Allow 10 to 15 sprays if your hair is thick or long ;
- Gently detangle your hair with a comb or Bonne Brosse ;
- No need to rinse.
