Shipping policy

FRANCE MAINLAND & BELGIUM

All orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be shipped the following day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday evening or on public holidays will be shipped on the next working day. We ship with Colissimo, and our delivery times are 4 to 10 business days.

Delivery times and costs:

Home delivery: 4–6 business days

Pickup point : 4–6 business days

Express delivery: 24–48 business hours for all orders placed before noon

Home delivery or pickup point delivery is available at a rate of €8, while the express service is available for €14. Shipping is free for orders over €100 in mainland France and Belgium.

UNITED STATES

All orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be shipped the following day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday evening or on public holidays will be shipped on the next working day. You will receive your order within 4–6 business days.

We work with FedEx. Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense but are free for all orders above $200.

Please note that all our shipments to the United States now include duties and customs fees. You will not have to pay any additional customs charges upon delivery: the amount paid at checkout is final and covers all shipping-related costs.

UNITED KINGDOM

Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Prices and delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Germany, Italy, Spain & Luxembourg

Delivery times depend on the destination and will be specified before checkout. Shipping costs: €14, free for orders above €150.

Rest of the world

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be communicated before checkout. Please note that any applicable customs duties remain at the customer’s expense.
